28 October 2026I’ve ordered 10-15+ arrangements over the last couple years, and The Flower Mill has always delivered beautiful and well thought out arrangements. I ordered an arrangement this week and spent more than I originally do, and unfortunately, they were the worst ones I’ve received. I called in to speak with someone, and the nicest lady, Emma, handled my concerns with professionalism and you could immediately tell she was genuinely interested in correcting this. She informed me she’d need to speak with a manager about solutions and one of them would reach out to me. Not 10-15 minutes later she called me back with solutions and one was replacing them. She text me a picture before they were sent out for delivery to ensure they were up to their standards and the ones I’ve been accustomed to. Once they arrived they were incredible and over-the-top gorgeous. I couldn’t have asked anyone to handle this situation any better than Emma did. She’s the reason why I’m happy to pay a premium for their flowers, and I’ll continue to purchase all of my floral needs with The Flower Mill!! Thanks Emma… you made such a hard and challenging day on Tuesday a little brighter. ????
