You never know what you are going to get when you order on-line and I was not going to be at the memorial, but from the pictures that I saw, the arrangement was exactly what I what I asked for. Thank you for making a cheerful display of unique and beautiful flowers.

What a nice experience to have during a hectic time. We ordered a Designer's Choice bouquet and the result was nicely done. I would highly recommend The Flower Mill.

I work overnight shifts, and I needed to order an elegant floral arrangement to brighten someone’s day, so I utilized their website. It was straightforward to select, although you cannot see the flowers beforehand; nonetheless, I placed complete trust in the designers, who surpassed expectations. Approximately an hour and a half after placing the order, I received a message from the recipient, expressing their delight—an truly remarkable experience.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
