If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Bouquet was beautiful and delivered on time with no issues. Cost was more than I expected, especially after tax-tip-delivery charge were added, but it's probably a fair market rate and I like to support local. Thanks!

I’m not familiar with the area and needed to send flowers for a funeral. Flowers were delivered on time to a location out of town. I didn’t get to see the final creation, but the recipient loved them. I’m so grateful and would use Flower Mill again in a heartbeat.

The designers choice did not disappoint. They definitely understood the assignment. They were beautiful and the house smelled amazing. What a beautiful surprise!
