If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

I ordered a special birthday bouquet to be delivered the same day. I requested a unique flower (protea). The designer incorporated 3 of those in a gorgeous bouquet, and it was delivered in the afternoon. Thank you, Flower Mill. I've always been pleased with your arrangements.

Bouquet was beautiful and delivered on time with no issues. Cost was more than I expected, especially after tax-tip-delivery charge were added, but it's probably a fair market rate and I like to support local. Thanks!
